各区人民政府，市政府各委、办、局，各市属机构：<br>
为切实做好新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控工作，全力确保本市相关企业复工复产安全，市政府决定，在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控工作期间，本市各级市场监管部门负责对除商务楼宇(包括办公楼、写字楼)、商场(含超市)、餐馆(含内部食堂)、工业企业和建设工程参建单位之外市场主体落实疫情防控措施情况进行监督检查，行使法律法规规章规定由卫生健康行政管理部门进行疫情防控措施监督检查时行使的相关行政处罚权、行政强制权和临时管控措施。卫生健康行政管理部门仍继续行使相关权力，市场监管部门、卫生健康行政管理部门要建立执法衔接沟通和信息共享机制，防止出现管理空白或重复执法，共同做好相关企业的疫情防控工作。<br>
