为增强市民的国防观念和防空防灾意识，提高对防空警报信号的识别和认知度，根据《中华人民共和国人民防空法》《中华人民共和国国防教育法》及《北京市人民防空条例》有关规定，市政府决定，2019年9月21日(全民国防教育日)在本市部分区域试鸣防空警报。现就有关事项通告如下：<br>
一、警报试鸣时间<br>
2019年9月21日(星期六)上午10时00分至10时23分。<br>
二、警报试鸣范围<br>
本市五环路以外区域。<br>
三、警报试鸣形式<br>
防空警报鸣放按照“预先警报”“空袭警报”“解除警报”的顺序进行，每种警报鸣放时间3分钟、间隔7分钟。<br>
预先警报：10时00分至10时03分，试鸣预先警报，鸣36秒、停24秒，反复3遍，时间3分钟。<br>
空袭警报：10时10分至10时13分，试鸣空袭警报，鸣6秒、停6秒，反复15遍，时间3分钟。<br>
解除警报：10时20分至10时23分，试鸣解除警报，连续鸣放，时间3分钟。<br>
防空警报试鸣期间，请广大市民和临时来京人员在听到警报后保持正常的工作和生活秩序。<br>
特此通告。<br>
