为贯彻落实《国务院关于第三批清理规范国务院部门行政审批中介服务事项的决定》(国发〔2017〕8号)及国务院审改办等部门《关于取消25项中央指定地方实施行政审批中介服务等事项的通知》(审改办发〔2017〕1号)精神，进一步深化简政放权、放管结合、优化服务改革，市政府决定清理规范56项政府部门行政审批中介服务事项。现就有关工作通知如下：<br>
一、各有关部门要加强组织领导，认真做好清理规范行政审批中介服务事项的落实工作，抓紧对本次清理规范中介服务事项涉及的行政审批事项受理条件进行修订，并于本通知印发后15个工作日内向社会公布。<br>
二、各有关部门要加快配套改革和相关制度建设，严格履行行业监管职责，对此次清理规范的行政审批中介服务事项，特别是对于涉及公共安全、生产安全、公共卫生安全、食品药品安全的事项，中介服务清理规范后，要逐项制定事中事后监管措施，确保安全责任落实到位。对监管不到位的，要依法依规追究相关部门和人员责任。<br>
