This notice announces the official opening and operation of the Beijing Municipal Government Service Center as a unified public window for handling administrative approvals and services, and specifies its responsibilities, management office, operating hours, and location.

为进一步深化行政体制改革，规范行政审批行为，加大简政放权、放管结合、优化服务力度，加快建设法治政府、创新政府、廉洁政府、服务型政府，市政府决定，设立北京市政务服务中心，并于2015年11月9日正式运行。现就有关事项通告如下：<br>
一、市政务服务中心作为本市统一面向社会办理行政审批和服务事项的窗口，承担有关行政审批和服务事项的受理、办理、反馈等工作。<br>
二、北京市政务服务管理办公室负责市政务服务中心日常管理和各项审批服务事项的综合协调督办工作。<br>
三、市政务服务中心对外办公时间为星期一至星期五每日上午9:00至12:00，下午13:30至17:00。法定节假日按照国家规定执行。<br>
四、市政务服务中心地址：北京市丰台区西三环南路1号(六里桥西南角)。联系电话：010-89150001。<br>
