市经贸委、计委、经委、外办，市公安局、安全局、民航北京管理局、北京铁路分局、市饭店总公司、外贸总公司、中国银行北京分行、北京海关:<br>
我市首届对外经济贸易洽谈会定于一九八七年二月十九日至二十八日在北京展览馆举行。洽谈会占地面积五千平方米，国外客商预计可达一千多人，以进出口贸易为主，也组织经济技术合作谈判，并在会议期间组织外商参观工厂及其他活动。本届洽谈会组织工作由市经贸委牵头，鉴于洽谈会规模较大，又是我市首次举办，请各有关单位大力协助，给予支持，同心协力，认真抓好。<br>
