为加强继承（受遗赠）不动产登记管理工作，进一步提高我市不动产登记工作规范化水平，市规划自然资源委制定了《北京市不动产继承（受遗赠）登记操作规范》。经2024年1月17日第1次委主任办公会审议通过，现予以印发。<br>
特此通知。<br>
