This notice eliminates the requirement for separate cross-province filing for medical insurance reimbursement for residents of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei when seeking hospitalization, outpatient care, or purchasing medication at designated healthcare institutions within the three-province region, effective April 1, 2023.

为深入推进京津冀协同发展，进一步方便京津冀参保人员区域内异地就医，现就开展京津冀区域内就医视同备案的工作通知如下：<br>
2023年4月1日起，北京市、天津市、河北省各统筹区参保人员，在京津冀区域内所有定点医药机构住院、普通门诊就医、购药等，均视同备案，无需办理异地就医备案手续即可享受医保报销待遇。参保人员在京津冀区域内因门诊慢特病就医，无需办理异地就医备案，应按照参保地规定办理门诊慢特病资格认定及登记（备案）手续。视同备案后，参保人员区域内发生费用的医保报销待遇不变，执行参保地相关政策。<br>
