为加快推进北京国际消费中心城市建设，建立层次结构清晰、空间布局高效、功能业态完善、空间品质宜人的商圈体系，构建国际消费有魅力、城市消费有实力、地区消费有活力、社区消费高便利的全市商业消费空间新格局，打造“中国潮”“国际范”与“烟火气”共融共生的国际消费中心示范城市、国际一流的和谐宜居之都，市规划自然资源委联合市商务局共同编制了《北京市商业消费空间布局专项规划》。经市政府同意，现印发执行，请遵照实施。<br>
特此通知。<br>
