This document announces that, effective July 1, 2022, Beijing will fully implement the national Administrative Law Enforcement Certificate, replacing the old Beijing-specific certificate, to strengthen the management of law enforcement personnel qualifications and promote standardized enforcement.

为加强行政执法人员资格管理，促进严格规范公正文明执法，经市政府同意，本市自2022年7月1日起全面启用《中华人民共和国行政执法证》，原《北京市行政执法证》同时停止使用。现将有关事项公告如下：<br>
一、行政执法证件是行政执法人员依法履行职责、实施行政执法活动的身份证明。行政执法人员在进行监督检查、调查取证、采取强制措施和强制执行、送达执法文书等执法活动时，必须主动出示执法证件、表明身份。<br>
二、本市行政执法人员持有的《中华人民共和国行政执法证》由北京市人民政府统一制发（国务院实行垂直管理部门和以国务院部门管理为主的部门除外），人民警察等特殊执法岗位的执法证件管理工作仍按有关规定执行。<br>
三、社会公众可以登录各区政府和各市级部门门户网站“行政执法公示”栏目查询行政执法人员及证件样式公示信息；也可以扫描《中华人民共和国行政执法证》上的二维码，对证件的真实性、有效性进行查询。<br>
