沪教委民〔2025〕3号文收悉。根据《中华人民共和国高等教育法》《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法》《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法实施条例》《上海市民办学校分类许可登记管理办法》等规定，同意上海中华职业技术学院举办者变更为上海璁舜教育科技有限公司和上海中华职业教育社。请市教委会同有关部门、单位指导上海中华职业技术学院依法依规办理相关变更登记手续。<br>
特此批复。<br>
