沪国资委〔2024〕21号文收悉。经研究，市政府同意国泰君安证券股份有限公司与海通证券股份有限公司合并重组。<br>
请市国资委按照有关规定，加强组织领导，明确分工，落实责任，稳妥有序组织实施合并重组相关工作，指导企业依法合规做好股权交易、名称变更登记、管理架构调整、业务整合优化等，确保合并重组工作平稳有序完成。<br>
