沪府〔2018〕15号 上海市人民政府关于同意《黄浦江两岸景观照明总体方案》的批复 市绿化市容局： 　　沪绿容〔2018〕49号文收悉。经研究，市政府同意你局组织编制的《黄浦江两岸景观照明总体方案》，请按照“黄浦江两岸景观照明建设2019年基本完成和2020年全面完成”的目标，会同市发展改革委、市交通委、市住房城乡建设管理委、市规划国土资源局、市财政局和浦东新区、黄浦区、徐汇区、虹口区、杨浦区、宝山区等有关部门、单位认真组织实施，并由你局负责工作统筹协调、具体实施方案审核、集中控制和特效系统建设。 　　特此批复。 　　上海市人民政府 　　2018年2月22日
