虹口区人民政府：<br>
虹府〔2017〕30号文收悉。经研究，市政府同意撤销虹口区提篮桥街道、调整四川北路街道管辖范围，建立北外滩街道。具体批复如下：<br>
北外滩街道管辖范围为东至大连路、秦皇岛路，西至河南北路，南至苏州河、黄浦江，北至海宁路、周家嘴路。四川北路街道海宁路以南区域划入北外滩街道。北外滩街道办事处驻地为新建路100号。<br>
在建立北外滩街道的同时，要做好新建提篮桥居委会工作，切实保护提篮桥历史文化地名，进一步提升提篮桥历史文化风貌区功能。<br>
特此批复。<br>
