你局《关于上海厚实建筑安装工程有限公司“3·25”较大起重伤害事故调查报告的请示》（沪安监〔2016〕24号）收悉。经研究，市政府同意事故调查报告中对上海厚实建筑安装工程有限公司“3·25”较大起重伤害事故性质的认定、对相关责任人的处理意见、事故防范和整改措施。请督促有关单位深刻吸取事故教训，严格执行对责任单位和责任人的处理意见，落实有关措施，确保整改落到实处。同时，举一反三，进一步加强企业安全生产监管，有效防止类似事故发生。<br>
