市环保局、市质量技监局：<br>
沪环保科〔2015〕532号文收悉。经研究，市政府同意《燃煤电厂大气污染物排放标准》（DB31/963-2016）为本市地方污染物排放标准，自颁布之日起实施，请自行印发该标准并会同有关部门和单位按此执行。<br>
特此批复。<br>
