The Shanghai Municipal Government approves the 'Shipbuilding Industry Air Pollutant Emission Standards' (DB31/934-2015) as a local pollutant emission standard, effective December 1, 2015, and instructs the Environmental Protection Bureau and the Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision to promulgate and implement it.

沪环保科〔2015〕442号文收悉。经研究，市政府同意《船舶工业大气污染物排放标准》（DB31/9342015）为本市地方污染物排放标准，自2015年12月1日起实施，请自行印发并会同有关部门和单位按此执行。<br>
特此批复。<br>
