沪环保科〔2014〕533号文收悉。经研究，市政府同意《汽车制造业（涂装）大气污染物排放标准》（DB31/859-2014）为本市地方污染物排放标准，自2015年1月1日起实施，请自行印发并会同有关部门和单位按此执行。<br>
特此批复。<br>
