沪环保科〔2014〕415号文收悉。经研究，市政府同意《餐饮业油烟排放标准》（DB31/844-2014）为本市地方污染物排放标准，自2015年5月1日起实施，请自行印发并会同有关部门和单位按此执行。<br>
特此批复。<br>
