经评估，2013年1月市政府印发的《上海市人民政府关于贯彻实施〈女职工劳动保护特别规定〉调整本市女职工生育保险待遇有关规定的通知》（沪府发〔2013〕5号）需继续实施，其有效期延长至2022年12月31日。<br>
特此通知。<br>
