各区、县人民政府，市政府各委、办、局：<br>
经评估，2011年6月市政府印发的《关于贯彻实施〈社会保险法〉调整本市现行有关生育保险政策的通知》（沪府发〔2011〕35号)需继续实施，其有效期延长至2021年6月30日。对生育保险单位缴费比例，继续按照《上海市人民政府关于调整本市城镇职工社会保险缴费比例的通知》（沪府发〔2013〕62号）执行。<br>
特此通知。<br>
