各区、县人民政府，市政府各委、办、局：<br>
经评估，2011年11月市政府印发的《上海市征收集体土地房屋补偿暂行规定》（沪府发〔2011〕75号）需继续实施，其有效期延长至2017年9月30日。<br>
特此通知。<br>
