各区、县人民政府，市政府各委、办、局：<br>
经评估，《上海市人民政府批转上海市1997年公有住房租金调整实施办法和上海市1997年公有非居住用房租金调整实施办法的通知》（沪府发〔1997〕39号，其中《上海市1997年公有住房租金调整实施办法》已废止）、《上海市人民政府贯彻国务院关于解决城市低收入家庭住房困难若干意见的实施意见》（沪府发〔2007〕45号）、《上海市人民政府印发关于推进本市大型居住社区市政公建配套设施建设和管理若干意见的通知》（沪府发〔2009〕44号）三个规范性文件需继续实施。其中，沪府发〔1997〕39号文的有效期延长至2017年3月31日，沪府发〔2007〕45号文、沪府发〔2009〕44号文的有效期均延长至2020年3月31日。<br>
