上海市人民政府关于核定并公布上海市文物保护单位的通知<br>
各区、县人民政府，市政府各委、办、局：<br>
市政府核定市文物局提出的新增市级文物保护单位共85处，归并入现有市级文物保护单位共3处，将纪念地点、保护地点、抗日战争纪念地调整为市级文物保护单位共47处，现予公布。<br>
各区县政府、各部门要按照《中华人民共和国文物保护法》等法律法规的要求，进一步贯彻“保护为主、抢救第一、合理利用、加强管理”的方针，本着对历史负责、对人民负责的精神，认真做好上海市文物保护单位的保护、管理和合理利用工作，处理好城市改造开发和历史文化遗产保护利用的关系，既注重有效保护、夯实基础，又注意合理利用、发挥效益，努力开创文物工作新局面。<br>
