市政府关于本市定点零售药店医保结算由“个人医疗帐户段”扩大到“自负段”的通知

This notice expands the scope of medical insurance payments at designated retail pharmacies, allowing insured individuals to use their personal medical account funds to cover costs up to the out-of-pocket threshold, effective April 1, 2014.

沪府发〔2014〕26号 上海市人民政府关于本市定点零售药店医保结算由“个人医疗帐户段”扩大到“自负段”的通知 各区、县人民政府，市政府各委、办、局： 为了进一步方便本市参保人员到定点零售药店配药，减轻参保人员医药费负担，经研究，市政府决定，从今年4月1日起，在职职工和退休人员在定点零售药店配药所发生的符合基本医疗保险规定的费用，先由其个人医疗帐户当年计入资金和历年结余资金支付，不足部分由个人支付至“自负段”标准。 特此通知。 上海市人民政府 2014年3月28日
