This notice increases the maximum annual payment limits for Shanghai's Urban Employee Basic Medical Insurance and Small Town Basic Medical Insurance funds from 280,000 yuan to 340,000 yuan, effective April 1, 2013.

沪府发〔2013〕16号 上海市人民政府关于调整本市城镇职工基本医疗保险统筹基金和小城镇基本医疗保险基金最高支付限额的通知 各区、县人民政府，市政府各委、办、局： 为进一步提高本市城镇职工基本医疗和小城镇基本医疗保障水平，经研究，市政府决定自2013年4月1日起，对本市城镇职工基本医疗保险统筹基金和小城镇基本医疗保险基金最高支付限额作如下调整： 一、城镇职工基本医疗保险统筹基金最高支付限额从28万元提高到34万元。其最高支付限额以上的医疗费用，由地方附加医疗保险基金支付80%。 二、小城镇基本医疗保险基金最高支付限额从28万元提高到34万元。其最高支付限额以上的医疗费用，由小城镇基本医疗保险基金支付80%。 特此通知。 上海市人民政府 2013年3月28日
