上海市人民政府关于调整本市被征地人员再就业后缴纳社会保险费有关事项的通知<br>
各区、县人民政府，市政府各委、办、局：<br>
为切实贯彻《社会保险法》，经研究，现就调整本市被征地人员再就业后缴纳社会保险费的有关事项通知如下：<br>
一、凡已按照本市规定一次性缴纳基本养老、医疗保险费的被征地人员再就业后，用人单位和个人应当按照本市有关规定，缴纳基本养老、医疗、失业、工伤、生育保险费。<br>
二、本通知自2013年1月1日起实施，有效期至2017年12月31日。如本市已有规定与本通知不一致的，以本通知为准。<br>
