你市关于评定陈永泰同志为烈士的请示（盐政请示〔2025〕105号）收悉。现批复如下：<br>
陈永泰，男，2002年5月出生，响水县运河镇皂角村居民，2024年9月1日在施救落水群众过程中不幸牺牲。根据《烈士褒扬条例》第八条第一款第二项规定，同意评定陈永泰同志为烈士。 <br>
