Notice of the General Office of the Provincial Government on Abolishing the Measures of Jiangsu Province for Coordination and Adjudication of Disputes over Land Acquisition Compensation and Resettlement

This notice formally abolishes the 2007 provincial measures on dispute resolution for land acquisition compensation and resettlement, effective from the date of publication, in accordance with the Regulations on the Implementation of the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China.
