任命蒋心亚为江苏理工学院副院长；<br>
任命刘克勇为江苏联合职业技术学院院长，试用期一年；<br>
免去朱林生的江苏理工学院院长职务；<br>
免去晏仲超的江苏联合职业技术学院院长。 <br>
