经研究决定：<br>
任命张策华为南京晓庄学院院长，试用期一年，免去其南京中医药大学副校长职务；<br>
任命钱江为省生态环境厅副厅长，免去其省生态环境厅总工程师职务；<br>
免去许承明的南京晓庄学院院长职务。 <br>
