上海市商务工作领导小组办公室由下列同志组成：<br>
主任：周波<br>
副主任：王 坚 马银芳 陈海刚<br>
秘书长：马银芳<br>
今后，上海市商务工作领导小组成员及其办公室主任、副主任、秘书长的职务如有变动，由其接任领导自然替补。<br>
特此通知。<br>
