为保障纺织企业加工贸易用棉需要，国家发展改革委发布2026年第2号公告（以下简称《公告》），明确了2026年棉花关税配额外优惠关税税率加工贸易进口配额申领细则。为有序组织我市棉花进口滑准税加工贸易配额最终用户的申请，现将《公告》予以转发，请遵照执行。<br>
请有需要的企业根据要求于12月29日前通过国际贸易“单一窗口”棉花进口配额管理系统线上填写并提交申请材料，并将相关材料纸质件于12月29日中午12：00前报送至市发展改革委（地址：深圳市福田区福中三路市民中心C3121室，联系电话：0755-88125762）。<br>
