Announcement on Implementing Personal Information Protection Certification

This document announces the implementation of a personal information protection certification system, jointly established by the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Cyberspace Administration of China, to encourage personal information processors to enhance their protection capabilities through certification, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law and the Certification and Accreditation Regulations.
