根据党中央、国务院关于完善科研经费管理有关部署要求，为规范国家重点研发计划资金管理，我们对《国家重点研发计划资金管理办法》（财教〔2021〕178号）进行了修订。现将修订后的《国家重点研发计划资金管理办法》印发你们，请遵照执行。<br>
