根据中华人民共和国国务院令第797号，《病原微生物实验室生物安全管理条例》已经2024年11月22日国务院第46次常务会议修订通过，自2025年1月20日起高等级病原微生物实验室建设审查工作由科学技术部负责调整为国家卫生健康委员会负责。<br>
