2月11日下午，科技部副部长龙腾在北京亲切慰问了2018年度国家最高科学技术奖获奖者钱七虎院士。<br>
龙腾副部长代表科技部向钱七虎院士致以诚挚问候和新春祝福，感谢他为我国防护工程领域作出的杰出贡献，并介绍了近期科技部的总体工作与进展。龙腾副部长表示，国家最高科学技术奖是科技界的至高荣誉，广大科技工作者要以老一代科学家为榜样，传承“十年磨一剑”的科学家精神，潜心钻研、攻坚克难，为实现2035年建成科技强国的战略目标贡献力量。<br>
钱七虎院士感谢科技部的关心慰问，并就加强科研基础条件建设、完善科技奖励制度等方面提出建议。龙腾副部长表示，后续将针对建议进行深入研究。<br>
国家科学技术奖励工作办公室主任赵红光陪同慰问。<br>
