2025年5月13日，在两国元首共同见证下，科技部部长阴和俊与巴西科技创新部部长卢西亚娜·桑托斯签署了《中华人民共和国科学技术部和巴西联邦共和国科技创新部关于共建技术转移中心的谅解备忘录》。<br>
双方将按照《中华人民共和国科学技术部和巴西联邦共和国科技创新部关于共建技术转移中心的谅解备忘录》，在平等互利的基础上共建中国—巴西技术转移中心暨中国—拉美和加勒比国家技术转移中心巴西分中心。中心将围绕双方需求，组织多种形式的技术转移合作；通过共享管理经验和交流最佳实践，营造有利于知识产权保护的合作环境；推动初创企业国际化，支持能力建设，促进科技创新创业。<br>
