为落实习近平主席与马克龙总统关于加强中法碳中和领域合作的重要共识及《中华人民共和国科学技术部与法兰西共和国高等教育和科研部及欧洲和外交部关于建立中法碳中和中心的意向声明》，2025年1月15日，中法碳中和中心首届战略委员会会议以线上形式召开。中国科技部、中国驻法使馆、法国欧洲和外交部、法国高等教育和科研部、法国驻华使馆代表出席会议。<br>
会上，中法双方就中法碳中和中心的组织管理架构、运行机制以及2025年重点工作等进行充分研讨，商定将加快开展中心框架下各项交流活动。<br>
