2024年11月26日，科技部副部长陈家昌在北京会见了法国总统人工智能行动峰会特使安娜·布夫罗一行，双方就落实中法两国元首共识、推动人工智能全球治理合作交换了意见。<br>
陈家昌指出，人工智能合作是中法两国元首达成的重要共识，今年5月习近平主席访法期间，双方共同发布《关于人工智能和全球治理的联合声明》。中方愿与法方共同推动联合声明共识落实落地，积极开展人工智能全球治理合作，弥合南北数字鸿沟，为全球人工智能发展贡献中法智慧。<br>
安娜·布夫罗表示，法国正加快推进人工智能行动峰会筹备工作，制定目标任务和优先议题，愿与中方加强对话合作，共同促进人工智能包容、可持续发展。<br>
科技部有关司局负责同志陪同会见。<br>
