2024年11月25日,科技部副部长林新与土库曼斯坦科学院院长阿希罗夫在阿什哈巴德共同主持召开中国一土库曼斯坦科技合作分委会第二次会议。会上，双方总结了分委会第一次会议决议执行情况，就进一步深化两国科技合作、建立中土科技合作中心等问题达成广泛共识。会后，双方签署了《中国一土库曼斯坦科技合作分委会第二次会议纪要》。<br>
两国科技管理部门、相关科研机构、高校以及中国驻土库曼斯坦使馆代表参会。<br>
