市城乡规划局： \r 你局《关于批准〈中山市坦洲镇北五片区控制性详细规划〉A-02地块建筑高度调整的请示》（中规报〔2016〕246号）收悉。经研究，批复如下： \r 一、《中山市坦洲镇北五片区控制性详细规划》A－02地块建筑高度调整符合《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》、《广东省城乡规划条例》相关要求，调整成果符合《中山市城市总体规划（2010-2020）》（报批版）要求，原则同意《中山市坦洲镇北五片区控制性详细规划》A－02地块建筑高度由50米调整为100米。 \r 二、坦洲镇政府要在该镇北五片区A－02地块建筑高度调整成果获批之日起30日内，向社会公布。 \r \r 中山市人民政府 \r 2016年11月23日
