鉴于本轮强降雨过程趋于结束，全市江河湖库水情总体平稳。根据《汕尾市防汛防旱防风防冻应急预案》有关规定，汕尾市防汛防旱防风总指挥部决定于7月12日18时结束防汛IV级应急响应。本轮强降雨过程持续时间长、累积雨量大。当前各地土壤含水量饱和，中小河流水位较高，滞后性地质灾害和设施水毁的风险较高。根据气象部门预报，7月12日夜间到13日白天，我市仍有短时（雷）阵雨，局部雨势较大。各地各有关部门要密切关注雨情、水情、汛情发展，加强监测预警和会商研判，继续落实好各项防范应对措施。汕尾市防汛防旱防风指挥部 2025年7月12日
