为深入贯彻落实中央金融工作会议精神，根据中央金融管理部门关于进一步加强地方金融组织监管工作的要求，在前期公示的基础上，现将本市经排查认定的非正常经营融资租赁公司（存在“失联”“空壳”等情形）名单予以公告。名单所示公司开展融资租赁公司的业务资质未经地方金融管理部门认可。 根据监管要求，请非正常经营的融资租赁公司于本公告之日起90日内主动向市场监管部门申请注销登记或去除企业名称、经营范围中“融资租赁”字样并不再从事相关业务。上述期限内未按要求办理注销登记或变更登记的公司，地方金融管理部门将联合市场监管部门依法依规予以处置。 请社会公众提高警惕、加强甄别，勿与本次公告名单内的公司开展融资租赁等相关业务，切实维护自身合法权益。 特此公告。 附件：非正常经营融资租赁公司名单 （联系人：张光汉，联系电话：0760-88669701） 中山市人民政府办公室2025年2月28日
