Announcement of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the General Administration of Customs, the Ministry of Commerce, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on regulating the import management of recycled brass raw materials, recycled copper raw materials and recycled cast aluminum alloy raw materials

为规范再生黄铜原料、再生铜原料和再生铸造铝合金原料的进口管理，推动再生金属产业高质量发展，现将有关事项公告如下：<br> 一、符合《再生黄铜原料》（GB/T 38470-2019）、《再生铜原料》（GB/T 38471-2019）、《再生铸造铝合金原料》（GB/T 38472-2019）标准的再生黄铜原料、再生铜原料和再生铸造铝合金原料，不属于固体废物，可自由进口。<br> 二、再生黄铜原料、再生铜原料和再生铸造铝合金原料的海关商品编码分别为：7404000020，7404000030和7602000020。<br> 三、不符合《再生黄铜原料》(GB/T 38470-2019)、《再生铜原料》(GB/T 38471-2019)、《再生铸造铝合金原料》(GB/T 38472-2019)国家标准规定的禁止进口。已领取2020年铜废碎料、铝废碎料限制进口类可用作原料固体废物进口许可证的除外。<br> 四、本公告自2020年11月1日起实施。<br> 特此公告。<br> 生态环境部<br> 海关总署<br> 商务部<br> 工业和信息化部<br> 2020年10月16日
