This document adjusts and publishes the updated Catalogue of Technologies Prohibited or Restricted from Export, jointly issued by the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Science and Technology, replacing the 2008 version. Technologies with dual-use (civilian and military) applications are subject to export control management.
