根据《中华人民共和国核两用品及相关技术出口管制条例》第十七条规定，经国务院批准，现决定对磷酸三丁酯实施临时出口管制。磷酸三丁酯的出口，应当依照《中华人民共和国核两用品及相关技术出口管制条例》的规定经过许可。临时管制措施自公布之日起实施。 （信息来源：原外经贸部科技司子站）
