根据《中华人民共和国进出口管理条例》、《出口商品配额招标办法》，现将2003年农产品出口配额招标有关事项公告如下：
一、实行出口配额招标的农产品是：蔺草及制品。配额招标总量为3700万公斤。
二、出口配额招标时间和实施办法由出口商品配额招标委员会另行公布。
特此公告。
