This announcement extends the investigation period for the anti-dumping investigation into polyester staple fiber originating from South Korea by six months, until February 3, 2003, in accordance with the Anti-dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China.

2001年8月3日，对外贸易经济合作部发布公告，对原产于韩国的涤纶短纤维进行反倾销立案调查，该产品在中华人民共和国海关税则号为：55032000、55062000。<br> 鉴于本案涉及的被调查产品型号众多，情况较为特殊，对外贸易经济合作部根据《中华人民共和国反倾销条例》第二十六条的规定，决定将本案的调查期延长6个月，即截止日期为2003年2月3日。<br> 特此公告。<br> 中华人民共和国对外贸易经济合作部<br> 二○○二年七月十八日
