各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市外经贸委（厅、局）各部委直属总公司：<br>
为加强对粮食出口的管理，按照有关规定，现通知如下：<br>
暂停小麦（税则号１００１．１０００，１００１．９０００）出口。特别情况由外经贸部商国家计委报国务院审批。<br>
本通知从文到之日起开始执行。
