11月4日，2024年出口管制合规大会在京召开。商务部国际贸易谈判代表兼副部长王受文出席大会并致辞。 <br>
王受文表示，党的二十届三中全会指出，深化外贸体制改革，完善出口管制体系；稳步扩大制度型开放，建立同国际通行规则衔接的合规机制，优化开放合作环境。中国政府高度重视出口管制工作，积极构建与国际接轨的现代化出口管制体系。今年9月，《两用物项出口管制条例》颁布，标志着我国出口管制法律制度更加完善。 <br>
王受文表示，中国的出口管制主动对接国际通行规则，秉持“统筹发展和安全，统筹开放和安全”的原则，全面履行国际义务、坚定维护国家安全、引导企业规范经营，实现高质量发展和高水平安全的良性互动。 <br>
来自相关政府部门、研究机构、企业等各方代表700余人参加大会，并围绕加强出口管制合规进行了交流和研讨。<br>
